Whether you’re planning to stay in the hotel, or dine in the restaurant, you can get a flavour of what makes the Montpellier Chapter so refreshing.
Step inside the hotel and you move from the restored character of the Villa with its warm, intimate bar, open fireplaces and library to the light and airy garden room. The conservatory, a local landmark, carefully restored, is a great place to take tea. Its distinctive claret coloured glass provided the inspiration for the striking new modern glass-veiled courtyard where you can enjoy dinner.
On the terrace, look right out over Montpellier and relax with a drink. And for those in need of serious TLC, there’s the spa – a grand Regency tradition, updated for some proper modern pampering.
